Spacious rooms with a small refrigerator and microwave. Lovely bath products and delicious breakfast bar. Extra,snacks available Lighted parking was a plus!
Hotel is under renovation,staff and management worked hard to make the stay as comfortable as possible despite this so worth 4 stars. Front desk and housekeeping friendly and helpful, location is great.
Overall pleasant experience. Room AC unit had a really bad smell which was nauseating the 1st day. Amenities like free breakfast, gym & business center are good to have if needed. Breakfast timings however are not vacation friendly, should be 6am-10am or 7am-10am. Families on vacation do not wake up with their biology ready for breakfast at 6am!! Some gym equipment was not working and another was either stolen or missing from the gym.
Hotel is clean, under renovations. Friendly staff, especially Rosa was great with providing breakfast and a neat eating area. The only downside was the elevator was broken for 2 out of the 4 day stay.
The website clearly informs you that this hotel is under renovation, so the logical deduction is that rooms are going to be dated. The price point was lowered to account for the construction and older rooms, which combined with the front desk staff when we checked in, makes it a 5 star review. At check-in, the clerk was up front about the renovations, the shape of the rooms, and proactively said she would do accommodate us in any way if the room had issues. Location is convenient.
Room was cozy and comfortable. Service was great! Easy access to highway and restaurants. Hit or miss with food delivery, but otherwise I had a good stay.
The front desk associate Jessica made sure our stay was pleasant and she went above & beyond to provide that due to our feather allergy. The rooms were clean and after seeing the hotel installed outdoor cameras plus night security it put our minds at ease based off earlier reviews of it not being a safe location. My only suggestion would be to provide more feather free pillows! Thanks for a great stay after a long day of traveling!
